The law provides that actions for injuries must be taken within certain time limits. It is safer to assume that the time limit is shorter rather than longer. If the action is not taken within the prescribed time limit then it may not be taken at all. Generally speaking the time limit is two years from the date of injury, although sometimes it may be possible that there may be shorter or longer time limits applicable.
