Irish Law Medical Conference 2015

Karen Kearney joined a stellar line up of expert presenters to address the Irish Law Medical Conference on the 26th November 2015, at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.This full day Conference was designed to update healthcare related professionals (including, doctors, nurses, directors of nursing, consultants, managers, surgeons, governing bodies), semi-state agencies, barristers and solicitors on the impact of current and proposed changes upon medico/legal litigation.Karen presented on the important topic of Periodic Payment Orders and the recently published Civil Liability (Amendment) Bill 2015.Karen has been invited to present and has presented, at this Conference for the past three years since its inauguration.
