Child injured whilst on holidays settles claim

Parents of a child who was injured in a fall in a hotel bedroom and suffered a nasty gash type injury when his arm came in contact with an upturned curtain hook, instructed Cantillons who successfully brought a claim against the hotel.  The case was due to be heard in October, 2015 at the Circuit Court in Cork and prior to the case being reached negotiations were entered into and the case settled for a substantial sum.
