Brigid O’Donnell is a native of Cashel, Co. Tipperary. She completed a Degree in Law and French at University College Cork in 2006. Brigid then spent two years working in banking while studying for a Masters in Criminal Justice.
She completed her training as a Solicitor with a firm which specialised in medical negligence, defective product liability and personal injuries actions.
Brigid advises clients in relation to all aspects of civil litigation; to include personal injuries actions arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims, employment law and defamation cases. She also has extensive experience in medical negligence cases and cases involving defective products.
She has successfully brought judicial review proceedings and has obtained injunctive relief on behalf of private clients, before the High Court.
Brigid has been involved in several high profile personal injuries cases. She is proud to be part of Cantillons litigation team and is focused, at all times, on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
