In her twenty years as a practising solicitor, Bébhínn has acquired extensive experience in all areas of the law, with a particular expertise in Personal Injuries Litigation.

Bébhínn has represented clients effectively in all forums, including the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court, Employment Tribunals, Labour Court, WRC, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She has acted for and advised Insurance Companies, Commercial Entities and Private Clients.

Bébhínn joined Cantillons in 2025 and works in our General Litigation Department and advises clients in relation to all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury claims, accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims, farming accidents, Garda Compensation Claims, Prison Officer Injuries, claims against local authorities and claims against the HSE. She has successfully represented clients before the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Personal

Bébhínn has a full and active personal life, enjoying travel, sport (as a spectator) and is very active in her local community. She spends her personal time with her husband and daughters, very often on the sidelines of one of their many Camogie and LGFA matches.
