Aideen McGarry graduated from University College Cork with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law and German. She subsequently obtained an Honours Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from King’s College London.

Aideen trained and qualified as a solicitor in England, where she practised medical negligence and personal injury law for over eight years. Prior to joining Cantillons Solicitors, she worked as a Senior Associate with a Top 100 law firm in London, gaining extensive experience in complex and high-value medical negligence litigation, including multi-million-pound claims.

Aideen is a member of the firm’s Medical Litigation Department and advises clients across a broad range of medical negligence matters, including birth injury claims, surgical errors, and fatal claims. She is committed to providing clear, practical legal advice and guiding clients through challenging circumstances with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Aideen is recognised for her strong communication skills and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
