A worker, injured during the course of his employment with a chemical factory when a door swung back on his foot causing him significant injuries, sustained a crush type injury to his foot and instructed Cantillons who successfully brought a claim for him through the Injuries Board as a result of which he received a substantial award and avoided the necessity to litigate the case before the Courts.
