Woman receives substantial award following road traffic accident

Mary Scriven Solicitor acted on behalf of a client who was involved in a road traffic accident.   The driver of the other car collided with the car that our client was driving.   Our client suffered injuries to her neck, shoulders and carpel tunnel syndrome in her right wrist as a result of this incident.   We sued the driver of the other car for the injuries suffered by our client.   A substantial settlement was negotiated for our client without her having to go to Court.
