The Litigation team recently represented a lady who had the misfortunate of being involved in three road traffic accidents that were not her fault. The woman suffered severe physical injuries which forced her to change jobs. She also endured a debilitating psychological injury. The team brought High Court actions against all the drivers and successfully negotiated a settlement in each case for the lady. In total she received a high six figure amount.
