Successful Outcome to Client’s Disciplinary Hearing before the Regulator of The Pharmacy Society of Ireland (‘PSI’)

Orla Kelly attended a meeting at the PSI offices in Dublin to support a Pharmacist called before a meeting of the Head of Registration of Qualification in order to discuss a matter which had come to their attention.  The purpose of the meeting was to decide whether a further formal complaint was required.  The matter was serious and distressing for client.  We successfully managed to allay the concerns of the Regulator, thus avoiding the need for any disciplinary action which would have had significant professional, personal and financial implications for the client.
