Six figure settlement for plaintiff with underlying neurological condition injured as a result of a high velocity road traffic accident

The team at Cantillons worked closely with our client’s treating practitioners to secure reports which accurately established the causal link between the Plaintiff’s inability to exercise due to the injuries sustained as a result of the accident and the acceleration of her neurological condition. The case ultimately settled, without the requirement of a court attendance, for a settlement offer representing multiple times the value of the Tender. The Defendants discharged the Plaintiff’s legal costs as part of the settlement.
