Significant Settlement for delayed diagnosis and treatment of stroke

Consequently, he endured a prolonged hospital admission and suffers from ongoing limitations to which impacts on his ability to work and to engage in normal activities of daily life and hobbies.

Ultimately, a settlement was negotiated just weeks before the trial date.   

The award will allow this gentleman to access ongoing medical therapy, medical support and adaptations to his home to afford him a better quality of life.
