Significant Settlement for client who suffered injuries as result of a road traffic accident

Jody Cantillon and the Litigation Team recently represented a client who suffered serious personal injuries as a result of a road traffic accident. Our client was stuck from behind by another vehicle. High Court proceedings issued on behalf of our client and the Defendant was forced to admit liability.

The Defendants made numerous efforts to compromise this case for below its value however these were rejected by our client, on our advice. Eventually, the Defendant was forced to offer a significant amount of compensation which was happily accepted by our client for the injury, loss and damage they suffered as a result of the accident. The Defendant also agreed to pay our client’s legal fees.
