Significant compensation for Psychiatric Nurse assaulted at work

Jody Cantillon and the Litigation Team at Cantillons Solicitors recently successfully represented a Psychiatric Nurse who suffered serious personal injury, loss and damage as a result of an assault while at work.

Our client was viciously assaulted and suffered serious injuries as a result of the assault. Our client had not been provided with sufficient training and the assailant was admitted to a facility which was not suitable for the assailant’s medical needs.

This case was listed for hearing before the High Court and was ultimately settled with our client receiving significant compensation for the injury, loss and damage.
