Significant Award for Garda injured in duty

The Litigation team at Cantillons recently represented a former member of An Garda Siochana who suffered serious personal injuries as a result of a vicious assault on duty.

Our client suffered a life altering injury as a result of the assault on duty which ultimately led to her discharge from An Garda Siochana. We issued proceedings under the provisions of the Garda Siochana (Compensation) Acts, 1941-1945.
