Settlement Secured in Complex Medical Negligence Case

Aisling Maher, assisted by Mags O’Shea and Maggie Keane are pleased to have secured a significant settlement for our client in a complex medical negligence case involving permanent blindness in one eye, impaired vision in her remaining eye, and significant psychological and day-to-day consequences.

This was a difficult case involving disputed liability and medical causation.
