Pedestrian Settles claim

Sinead and the team acted for a pedestrian who was struck by a van. He suffered an injury to his knee and hip as a result. The defendants sought to argue that the man had already had much of the injuries before the accident due to his age but Cantillons disputed this and argued that the man would not have had to have hip surgery but for this incident. This argument was ultimately accepted and the man secured a substantial amount of compensation.
