Patients (not Doctors) negligence victims

Ernest Cantillon was interviewed by irishhealth.com on the 9th October 2013.  Mr. Cantillon, who is also a board member of the Medical Injury Alliance, was asked to respond to comments made by the Master of Holles Street Hospital Dublin, Dr. Rhona Mahony.  Ernest Cantillon stressed that, in his view, patients, and not doctors, should be considered the main victims in medical malpractice cases, and has stressed that patient safety should be the number one priority.
