Office Worker Settles Frozen Shoulder Claim

An office worker who complained to her employer that she was exposed to draughty conditions at her place of work ultimately suffered a nasty frozen shoulder injury and instructed Cantillons. We successfully issued High Court personal injury proceedings against her employer and the case was due to heard at the High Court in Cork during April, 2014. Just before the case commenced negotiations were entered into and the case settled for a significant figure.
