Man who falls off bike obtains compensation

Sinead Carroll and the Litigation team represented a man who fell from his bike and suffered a nasty injury to his hand. The team argued that the repair shop ,which had just returned the bike to the man, had not repaired it properly. An application was made through the Injuries Board and Sinead guided him through the process. The Injuries Board made an assessment of damages which was accepted by this man and the repair shop.
