The litigation team acted on behalf of a client who was involved in a road traffic accident. The driver of the other car collided with the car that our client was driving and it was a severe impact. Our client suffered injuries to his neck and back as a result and also suffered shock in the immediate aftermath. Our client also had expenses, including loss of earnings as a result of the accident.
We sued the driver of the other car for the nasty injuries suffered by our client and also claiming the losses he had suffered.
The case settled and the client obtained a very satisfactory settlement for his injuries/losses.
