Jody and the Litigation Team represented a gentleman who suffered very serious injuries to his neck, shoulders and back in a “pile up” road traffic accident. Our client was stationery in his car when another car collided with the back of his car. The car which collided with our client’s car had been pushed forward because a third car had collided with it. Unfortunately, our client was out of work for some time because of the injuries.
