The Litigation team acted for a woman who suffered neck pain when she was caused to fall on a wet floor in her local supermarket. The lady fell immediately as she came in the door and suffered from neck pain for a short time after the fall. Sinead and the Litigation team brought Circuit Court proceedings on behalf of the woman and the case settled quickly.
