Lady Injured in fall at Supermarket settles claim

A lady who was caused to trip as a result of an upturned mat at a busy supermarket. She suffered significant injuries. The lady instructed Cantillons to bring a claim for personal injuries on her behalf. The case was due to be heard in October, 2014 at the High Court in Cork and just before the case commenced, negotiations were entered into and the case settled for a significant sum.
