Fatal claim following Farm accident settled

The parents of a young boy tragically killed as a result of injuries sustained whilst operating farm machinery, successfully brought a claim against the owner of the  machinery, on behalf of their son and separately then on their own behalf and on that of the boy’s brother.  Liability was admitted and negotiations were entered into at the High Court in Cork during July, 2015 as a result of which the three personal injury actions and the fatal claim were settled for significant sums.
