Employee successfully sues Employer for Unfair Dismissal

Cantillons acted for a man who was summarily dismissed from his employment. He was called to a meeting without any notice, accused of misconduct for a minor act, and was escorted of the premises. Sinead and the team sued his employer claiming Unfair Dismissal before the WRC. The adjudicating officer found in favour of our client and awarded him compensation.
