Our client was driving her car along the main road when their car was struck by a car exiting from a side road.   Our client suffered personal injuries including a whiplash injury.

The matter was submitted to PIAB and PIAB assessed the matter.  Having considered the PIAB Book of Quantum, the injuries involved and our client’s recovery, we achieved a successful settlement of our client’s claim without the need for our client to attend Court.
