In summary, our Client worked on the Production Line in a factory. Underneath the Production Line, there was an unsecured cable and our Client was caused to trip and fall.

Our Client suffered nasty injuries. Our Client had pre-existing conditions which were made worse by the accident.

We carried out investigations and ultimately our Client’s employer was forced to admit liability (fault).

The matter proceeded through the Personal Injuries Resolution Board however, the amount offered was insufficient and it was rejected on our advice.

High Court Proceedings issued and the matter went on to settle for significant compensation without our Client having to go to Court.
