Cantillons successful in having health insurance cover reinstated for client

Jody and the Litigation Team were successful in representing a client who was wrongfully denied cover under their health insurance policy. The insurance company took the position that the illness from which our client was suffering from was pre-existing and prior to the date of the inception of the health insurance policy. This was an erroneous position.
