Cantillons successful in claim for lady who suffered injuries while attending a gym

Jody and the litigation team were successful in representing a client who suffered serious injuries as a result of an accident at the gym.  The Defendants in this matter denied liability.  They refused to try and settle the matter in advance of the hearing.  The case ran for 2 days before the High Court until such time as the Defendants made a substantial offer, which was accepted by our client.
