Jody Cantillon and the litigation team recently represented a client who suffered serious personal injuries as a result of a road traffic accident. Our client was struck by 2 vehicles. High Court proceedings were issued on behalf of our client and the Defendant was forced to admit liability.
The case ran before the High Court for 3 days and the High Court ultimately awarded our client substantial compensation for the injuries, loss and damage she suffered as a result of the accident. The High Court also ordered that the Defendant pay for our client’s legal fees.
