Cantillons Solicitors have adapted to the nationwide shut down and are conducting consultations with their existing clients, and new clients, over the phone and Skype.

Jody Cantillon, Partner with Cantillons Solicitors, stated:

“We are a customer business, just like the local dentist or shop. Business must look at what their customers’ wants and needs are, and adapt, if necessary.  While the world is on lockdown, it does not mean that our work cannot continue, in a safe manner.  A lot of our clients are in lockdown, however, we are still working away, remotely. We have been conducting our consultations on the phone and on Skype.

Our staff are working remotely and, for example, when a new client calls about a personal injury claim (be it a workplace accident or a whiplash injury arising from a road traffic accident), rather than coming into the office to meet with the Solicitor, the Solicitor will call them and conduct the consultation on Skype.

We have been conducting consultations on Skype for years. Given that we have a client base from all over Ireland, Skype has allowed us to “meet” these clients, without causing too much disruption. We believe in tailoring our service to suit each unique client”.
