Biker settles claim after Serious Road Accident

Sinead and the team acted for a man who suffered very serious injuries when a car collided with his motorbike. The accident was completely the fault of the other driver. The man suffered numerous fractures that required surgery as well as a partial amputation of his finger. Unfortunately, the man was unable to ever return to his line of work because of the injuries he sustained. The team sued the other driver and successfully resolved the man’s case without going to Court. The man received just under €400,000.
