A Bank Official who was refused early ill health retirement following illness unsuccessfully appealed same and then instructed Cantillons who successfully negotiated early retirement on her behalf. The case was due to be heard in December, 2013 at the High Court in Dublin and just before the case commenced negotiations were entered into and the case settled for a very significant six figure sum.
